Hasanat Hunt

Year 2018 was a very difficult year for humans on all over the world. Several natural disasters struck the earth that included torrential rains, floods, earthquakes, uncontrollable fires. Many countries like Indonesia, Syria, Yamen, and Palestine also faced wars that resulted in unimaginable human suffering. Loss on such a large scale can never be recovered for years but our school community came forward to help whatever small children could do.

A Husnat Hunt (hunting for good deeds) was arranged during the months of January and February. Tootsie roll money banks were distributed to all children and they brought them back filled with coins and bills. February 28 was the last day to collect the money banks, Alhamdulillah, we raised close to five thousand dollars that will be donated to the people of these countries where people are suffering because of shortage of food and medicines.
