Rohingya Relief Hasanah Hunt

On December 22, 2017 MCJHS held a small fundraising and collected money for the Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar. Our 8th grade students presented a check to Helping Hand USA. It was truly an auspicious moment that took place after Jummah Salah. A sight definitely worth seeing! We commend HHFD and all other organizations whose motive are to provide for those in need. We pray that Allah (SWT) gives Barakah in their work and reward them in this life and the hereafter.

On January 12, 2018 our Elementary Level President, Humayra Mokit and Vice President, Khadija Nigar presented a check to Islamic Relief with the remaining amount of money our students raised. We pray for all of our brothers and sisters who are suffering from such injustice and hope their suffering can end soon. We also would like to commend organizations such as HHFD, Islamic Relief and etc. for their work and efforts.
